Its nearly that time, cocoa kiddies! Summer is around the corner and that means July 4th weekend is nipping at my chocolate-covered heels. For those of you who have followed Eclipse since the beginning, you’ll know that means we’re already gearing up for our Fourth Annual Cupcake Extravaganza Weekend!
Its our biggest promotional event of the year, so there are lots of exciting details that will be released soon. In short, two lucky chaps will win free cupcakes for the rest of the summer (a $400 value). But today I am posting to announce two lovely new cupcakes that are in our case until they sell out later this weekend. We will be releasing two new flavors each Friday afternoon building up the big event, and today is no exception. Prepare your taste buds and take a look:

The big event isn’t until July 4th weekend, so these babies will be available until they sell out this weekend and not again until then! Stop in before they are gone. Also, have you seen the new cupcake wrappers we’re using? Not only are they cute, but they allow us to fill a thicker layer of ganache glaze on the cake. Its tastier, chocolatier, and stays fresher longer!
